Christmas was awesome!

Watching your kid run down the stairs on Christmas day to discover that Santa Claus has indeed brought her exactly what she asked for is one of the single coolest things that can happen as a parent.  It’s the kind of joy that I can’t even explain.  I can only wish that everyone else gets to experience happiness like that at least once in their lifetime.  My daughter was absolutely adorable, and had such a great day!  Everyone comes to us on Christmas day for Christmas Chili, and even though it is quite a bit of work… it is so worth it.  Halle gets to run and play and hang out with everyone in her life that she loves!  All in all… pretty picture perfect Christmas!
