They Thought They Were Rescuing A Mud-Caked Puppy…It Wasn’t.

While a construction crew was finishing up a job, they found a hole in the ground. From inside the hole they heard a tiny cry, and when they reached in, they found what they thought was a mud-caked puppy. Wanting to make sure it was given the proper treatment and care, they took it to a vet’s office, only to discover it definitely was NOT a puppy. Take a look!
