5 Netflix Easter Movies You Can Watch As A Family
I can not believe it’s almost Easter already! I’m not prepared at all. But it is what it is and thankfully my kids are older and they do understand what is going on right now.
But we can still plan out a day with some fun movies for Easter! I completely appreciate technology more than ever right now.
So many things that we can do from home. We have spent a lot of time watching these live-stream cameras!
Now most of these are not Easter themed, but this is what is on Netflix right now. All of these are family-friendly films that I think are perfect to watch together on Easter day.
HOP
One that I like to watch with my kids is HOP. It’s a funny live-action/animated movie. It is about the son of the Easter Bunny who is supposed to be next.
His name is E.B. and is voiced by Russell Brand. E.B wants to be a musician. Specifically, a drummer. So he runs off to Los Angeles. where he meets Fred (played by James Marsden). It’s a cute movie with a lot of laughs for kids and adults.
Joseph: King of Dreams
Joseph: King of Dreams is one that we like to watch on Easter with the kids. It is the sequel to the ‘Prince of Egypt’. This is an animated movie of the story of Joseph from the Book of Genesis.
A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon
Another fun one is A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon. It is family-friendly. Kids like Shaun the Sheep and adults will love 2001: A Space Odyssey references.
Duck Duck Goose
Duck Duck Goose is about a goose named Peng that becomes friends with a pair of lost ducklings named Chao and Chi. It is a great story about unconditional love.
Christopher Robin
Christopher Robin is a movie that’s great for Easter. Definitely family-friendly and of course we adults love Winnie the Pooh too! While it isn’t a traditional Easter movie, I think it fits in perfectly.
