There Is An ‘Alien’ Series In The Works At FX And I Can’t Wait!
Surely you’ve watched the ‘Alien’ movies right? It’s one of my favorite science fiction movie series and I am so excited to hear that there is a series coming to television!
Set not too far into our future, it’s the first ‘Alien’ story set on Earth.

I’m not quite sure what the quote above means though because the two ‘Alien vs. Predator’ films were both set on Earth. Maybe this takes place before that time? Who knows, I’m still down for it!
The series is from Noah Hawley and they are even in talks with Ridley Scott on being the Executive Producer! The announcement was just made today by John Landgraf, the chief at FX, as part of the Disney Investor Day presentation.
Noah Hawley will be writing as well as producing the series under his 26 Keys banner. I’m so excited that Ridley Scott is in talks to Executive Produce! I feel that will keep things flowing the way we all know them.

FX is moving quickly to bring audiences the first television series based on one of the greatest science- fiction horror classics ever made: ‘Alien’, ‘Alien’ will be helmed by ‘Fargo’ and ‘Legion’s’ Noah Hawley stepping into the creator/executive producer chair, and FX is in advanced negotiations with Academy Award winner, Sir Ridley Scott—director of the first ‘Alien’ film and the sequel, ‘Alien: Covenant’—to join the project as an Executive Producer. The last ‘Alien’ movie was the prequel called ‘Alien: Covenant’ and that was back in 2017. I’m ready for some new stuff, how about you?
