Big Brother Is Officially Happening This Summer and The Contestants Are In Quarantine Now! Ahhhhh!

Big Brother Season 22 (yes, TWENTY TWO) is officially a GO. The contestants have already arrived in L.A. and have taken COVID-19 tests.

According to TMZ, the contestants arrived on Tuesday to L.A. where they were then taken to receive testing for Coronavirus and are currently awaiting results. Once those tests are back, they will enter the Big Brother House!!

Aside from who is currently being tested to join Season 22, there are some bystanders that will take their place should anyone currently being tested come back with a positive coronavirus test result. Let’s hope that isn’t the case!

TMZ has also reported that the list of people quarantining in Hollywood so far include: season 19 winner Josh Martinez, season 8 runner-up Daniele Donato, season 18 alum Paulie Calafiore, season 18 winner Nicole Franzel, season 20 runner-up Tyler Crispen, three-time contestant Janelle Pierzina, season 14 winner Ian Terry, season 12 winner Hayden Moss and season 20 alum Bayleigh Dayton.

Ahhh this is so exciting!!

Julie Chen Moonves is supposed to be returning as the host but we currently don’t know if she’s part of the bubble. Reports are saying the crew filming the cast will be in one bubble on-site much like the bubble the contestants are in. This is to ensure everyone’s safety during the pandemic.
