This Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe is an easy coffee cake that has all of the taste of coffee with the consistency of cake. It’s truly the best coffee/cake combo and gives you the best of both worlds!

How to Make Bisquick Coffee Cake:

This recipe couldn’t be any more simple. You just add the Bisquick mix to the bowl.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease a deep pie plate or an 8″x8″ square pan.

Mix dough ingredients and put in baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients with a fork until crumbly.

Spread topping mix over dough evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes. Then serve up with a cup of coffee!

Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • cup cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg

For The Topping

  • cup light brown sugar
  • cup Bisquick
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
