Candy Corn Fudge Will Be Your New Favorite Thing!
We all have our favorite Halloween candies. My mom is all about the chocolates. My brother would straight up steal anything sour out of your bag and pretend like he was innocent, and me?
I’m all about the candy corn. Truth is, though, I think it’s just the look that I really love. I mean, those hard, weirdly waxy little candies don’t taste all that great to me, but something about eating them one layer at a time is sublimely satisfying. So this Halloween, instead of sucking down pounds of candy, I’m going to make this Candy Corn Fudge. It’s got those amazing layers, has all the gorgeous colors of fall, plus, it’s fudge. Oh so fudge. Enjoy!
What You Need To Make Candy Corn Fudge:
- 1/8 Cup evaporated milk
- 4oz bark or white chocolate chips
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 oz marshmallow fluff
- Sprinkles
*NOTE: All ingredientes times three (for the three layers)
How To Make Candy Corn Fudge:
Line a 9×9 baking pan with foil and grease foil with butter.
Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk into a small saucepan, cook on medium heat, once it hits a boil cook for 3 minutes.
Add about 6 drops of yellow food coloring and stir.
Take off heat, add white chocolate and marshmallow fluff, mix until melted.
Pour into the bottom on your greased and lined baking pan.
Repeat steps 1-4 but add 2 drops of red when you add your yellow food coloring, pour over the yellow fudge.
Again repeat steps 1-4 but add no food coloring, pour over the orange fudge.
Quickly add sprinkles on top of the white fudge, let cool in the fridge for about 2-3 hours and enjoy!
