Why do you say that? I believe they just get them first. They got a similar pack for the Dark Berry and later on it went to stores. I dont see why it won’t be the same for this flavor.

As of right now you have to be a member of the Pepper Pack to receive it. Dr Pepper is always accepting new applicants, but I think there is a wait list. The more the merrier though! We’d love to have you!
