Whenever I see people ice skating I get a little spark of envy. I grew up in Michigan and I have no idea how to ice skate, how does that even happen?

When I came across this video of these amazing ice skaters I was in awe! Not only is the music choice non traditional for such a beautiful performance, it also happens to be one of my favorite songs.

Oona and Gage Brown are ages 16 and 18 years old. They are part of the Team USA Ice Dancers. If you didn’t already guess, they are siblings.

Oona began skating at the age 4 and Gage at age 6. Their hard work and dedication the sport is evident!

They are homeschooled, which gives them the freedom to spend so much time practicing and doing all of the things they love, which isn’t just ice skating.

Oona also plays the drums and piano and even plays the snare drum in not one but two Irish marching bands! She also referees soccer!

Gage plays the bagpipes in two Irish marching bands, another thing I would love to know how to do! Like his sister, he is also a soccer referee. These kids are busy!

This beautiful performance was filmed in NYC’s Bryant Park. Absolutely amazing!
