Although like any other fast food restaurant, many of their foods on the menu are not healthy; so if you’re looking for a healthy new go-to while you continue to stay a loyal customer at Taco Bell, there are healthier options to choose from.

Starting with the Chicken Power Menu Bowl, this healthy bowl includes chicken, black beans, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

With only 460 calories and 26 grams of protein, this protein bowl is a much better option versus the Doritos Locos Taco.

Similar to the Chicken Power Menu Bowl, there’s also the Power Menu Bowl which omits the protein, doubles on black beans and adds refried beans.

Putting aside Taco Bell’s power bowls, maybe you prefer a more Taco Bell look rather than something you could find at Chipotle.

Taco Bell’s Chicken Quesadillas are another healthy option for anyone who’s trying to cut back on the grease and fat.

Keep in mind that you can add black beans for fiber and protein, along with adding a few vegetables like tomatoes and lettuce!

Lucky for us Taco Bell enthusiasts, Taco Bell has the best of both worlds including healthier options for great nutrition and for the times where you need a pick me up, they also have chips and hot cheese.
