Is Chili’s Closing All Locations? Here’s What We Know.

If you’ve spent some time on social media the past few days, you may have seen some of the viral posts floating around about Chili’s.

We already know that Red Lobster is closing locations but is Chili’s too?

Posts on social media claim that Chili’s is closing down all of its restaurant locations in the coming months, but is it true?

Chili’s isn’t the only one that has had posts stating it was closing, we also saw this happen with Cracker Barrel, Wendy’s, and even Olive Garden.

Now, yes… a few Chili’s locations have closed this year, but the business has no plans of shutting down all of its restaurants. In fact, there are more than 1,000 Chili’s locations open and ready to serve you.

I wouldn’t have been shocked if they were shutting down locations though.

Locally our Chili’s restaurants have went downhill, the last time I walked out after returning my undercooked chicken and I’ve never been back.

Chili’s even responded to posts on X trying to clean up the misinformation.

Brinker International is the parent company of Chili’s and according to them, Chili’s is doing great.

So no worries friends! Chili’s is staying open and someone just exaggerated the closing of a few restaurant locations. Who wants to go get some skillet queso?
