The Way All The Kids Knew Who Chadwick Boseman Was Had Me In Tears

Kids have this way of saying the funniest, most honest things, don’t they?

This is why it was so touching that EVERY ONE of these little kids knew who Chadwick Boseman was.

LaRon Hines interviewed these kids as part of The Golden Globes on Sunday night, wanting to see if they knew anything about the awards show.

He asked them questions like, “What are The Golden Globes.”

To which this genius young man replied, “Treasure.”

“What do people do at awards shows,” was LaRon’s next question.

“Sit on the couch and brush their teeth,” was the sweet reply from this little girl.

He asked, “Who is your favorite actor?”

Of course, the response was, “Captain America.”

There were a couple more, seriously cute answers to LaRon’s questions, but it was the last question that had me choked up.

LaRon asked, “Who is Chadwick Boseman?”

EVERY SINGLE KID knew that Chadwick was the Black Panther.

These kids knew and understood what a great man Chadwick Boseman was, and what a special character he played.

And that’s exactly as it should be.
