Krispy Kreme Released Cookie Donuts For The Ultimate Sweet Treat

Krispy Kreme has just made donut history.

And spoiler alert, or should I say sugar alert, the donut giant has combined two sweet treats that currently dominate the dessert department.

So you may want to sit down for this.

What Krispy Kreme calls “cookie doughnuts”, the bakery shop has added giant cookie pieces on top of their famous donuts.

And not to mention that the cookie pieces piled high on the donuts come from the iconic brands we’re already familiar with including Oreos and Chips Ahoy! (aka, the best type of cookies around).

Welcoming four new donuts to menus, Krispy Kreme has outdone their self when it comes to creating the ultimate sweet treat.

Who would’ve thought it could’ve, excuse me, would’ve gotten better than the donuts that taste like Biscoff Cookies that Krispy Kreme baked a while back.

Starting with the Chips Ahoy! Candy Blasts Doughnut, this Original Glazed is slathered with cookie dough icing and piles on the Chips Ahoy! cookie pieces, milk chocolate candy gems, and chocolate chips.

Next up is the Chips Ahoy! Cookie Dough Kreme doughnut.

While certainly a mouthful, this flavorful donut is stuffed with a Chips Ahoy! Cookies & Kreme filling, dipped in chocolate icing, and delicately drizzled with icing that tastes like cookie dough.

The donut is then finished with Chips Ahoy! mini cookies for a crunchy topping.

The Oreo & Chips Ahoy! Cookie Blast Doughnut are for those who simply can’t decide between Oreos or Chips Ahoy!, so Krispy Kreme did you the favor of including them both on one soft-baked donut!

Saving the best for last is the Oreo Cookies & Kreme Filled Doughnut filled with Oreo cookies and a Kreme filling, topped with Oreo pieces, drizzled in icing, and dipped in chocolate icing for a smooth finish.

Now the good news, other than cookies and donuts combined together is that this new dozen is currently available now at Krispy Kreme chains and select grocery stores.

The bad news, is that these donuts are only out for a limited time until May 7 which means there’s no sense in waiting until after dinner to devour one of these donuts, or two.
