Lane Bryant Is Filing For Bankruptcy And Is Closing 150 Stores

Bad news for everyone who enjoys shopping at Lane Bryant — including me.

Their parent company, Ascena Retail Group, announced they are filing for bankruptcy, like so many other companies have had to do recently.

What does that mean for Lane Bryant? Well, they are having to close more than 150 stores — including outlet locations.

While this is upsetting news for some, it also means that stellar Going Out of Business Sales are probably going to happen, so keep an eye out!

Lane Bryant joines stores like Pier One, Tuesday Morning, and Justice (which is a sister store for Lane Bryant), which have already announced they are closing doors.
