Netflix Just Released A Sneak Peak For The New ‘Bird Box’ Spinoff and I Just Want to Cover My Eyes

Once again, Bird Box is back but with a twist.
The new film, Bird Box Barcelona is a spinoff from the hit movie that originally starred Sandra Bullock based on the novel that was written by Josh Malerman.
Although this spinoff, is supposedly even more of a thriller than the last.
Written and directed by Álex Pastor and David Pastor, the new film stars Mario Casas, Georgina Campbell, Alejandra Howard, Naila Schuberth, Diego Calva, Patrick Criado, Lola Dueñas, Gonzalo De Castro, Michelle Jenner, and Leonardo Sbaraglia.
And if you’re wondering what this new storyline will follow, here is the official synopsis,
“After a mysterious force decimates the world’s population, Sebastian must navigate his own survival journey through the desolate streets of Barcelona.”
“As he forms uneasy alliances with other survivors and they try to escape the city, an unexpected and even more sinister threat grows.”
You can watch the official first look of the new spinoff film but be prepared to watch only a little over a minute as Netflix clearly doesn’t want to release too much just yet!
