I am all for all things pumpkin spice. But some things kind of push it…
We’ve already covered the questionable Pumpkin Spice Noodles, but now…now there’s pumpkin spice Jell-o.
Oh, I wish I were kidding. I just can’t see this tasting good, but hey, some people may be all for it.
Luckily, if you read closely, this is the pudding and pie filling version. So not…like gelatin. But still…
I mean, to be fair, I like butterscotch pudding. So maybe it’s not as bad as I’m making it in my head. But if anyone uses this as an actual pumpkin pie filler, I’m going to be disappointed.

It is quite good. I make a pumpkin spice poke cake with it. I poke holes in the top of a spice cake and pour the pudding over the top.
