Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowl
I have a confession to make: I had no idea what a smoothie bowl was until a few weeks ago. I mean, it seems pretty self-explanatory, right? But I just didn’t get the point of it. Why would you put a perfectly delicious, drinkable smoothie in a bowl when you can just put it in a glass? You’ll be happy to know that I’ve seen the error of my ways, and I’ve made you this Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowl to make up for all that time I spent thinking a smoothie bowl was anything but amazing.
What You’ll Need to Make a Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 cup raspberry Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- Toppings: strawberries, blueberries, starfruit, chopped pecans, toasted oats…or anything you want!
How to Make a Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowl:
The very best thing about smoothie bowls, though? They’re just as easy to make as regular smoothies! Seriously, you would never expect something this delicious to be so ridiculously simple to make, but it is! Just break out your trusty blender and combine the raspberry Greek yogurt and all of the fruit in. Pulse that beautiful mixture until it’s super smooth. Pour it into a bowl of your choice and then top it off with the toppings I’ve suggested above, or whatever you like/happen to have in your pantry! That’s the beauty of smoothie bowls – anything goes!
