Tangy Raspberry Jalapeno Dip
Looking for a way to add a little zip to your dip? Raspberry + Jalapeno = Delicious.
This mixture has a uniquely tangy and spicy flavor that just grows on you (be careful–this taste experience can be habit forming)! We use rasberry jalapeno dip as a salad dressing and as a dip for fresh veggies.
In fact, we have recently been dipping potato wedges, fries, and onion rings in this heavenly concoction. You’ll have to try this raspberry jalapeno dip for yourself…it is wondermus!
The other big positive about this recipe? It’s incredibly easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. So, I don’t have to add too very much to my shopping cart or spend very much extra time cooking to make this dip to go with our onion rings.
While they’re doing their thing in the oven to get all hot and yummy, I can just whip-out a bowl of this dip and put it all on the table at the same time.
Easy is the name of this game, folks.
What you’ll need to make Raspberry Jalapeno Dip:
- Raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing (a small bottle)
- Pickled jalapenos, 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp (or more if you’re feeling spicy)
- Cherry Tomatoes, 5
Prepare the Raspberry Jalapeno Dip:
- Drain and chop the jalapenos into small 1/8″ or less pieces. (I recommend that you wear gloves while handling the jalapenos.)
