Rice Krispie Bites
Sometimes my house gets invaded by kids. I’ll have planned a night of watching Netflix and munching on microwave popcorn and then my daughter comes home from school and asks, “Hey, can these three people come over tonight?” And she has those eyes. You know the eyes. The eyes that are like, I’m only going to be this young for a minute, mom. So of course I agree. But when you’ve suddenly been invaded by a cabal of giggling ten-year-olds, it’s important to make sure you’ve got stuffs on hand to make the night memorable and fun. That’s why I love these Rice Krispie Bites. They are so super easy to make, the girls can actually make it with only my supervision. Plus, they tell stories when they cook. I LOVE their stories. Netflix and popcorn will be there another night; these are the nights I want to save in a bottle.
