Yall come in hype asf asking for this, then yell and curse, being rude as hell, when baristas tell you they don’t know what you’re talking about, or if you can bring up the recipe. “Its LITERALLY your job to KNOW these!” No CAROL, it isnt. These are made up by rando customers who call them fancy things, and they’re stupid. “Why dont YOU just look it up then? You have a PHONE.” Listen SUSAN, if I or my baristas bring out our phone on the clock on the floor, we get in trouble. It is LITERALLY a policy.

So if you’re gonna buy trash things and pay 7 dollars for a 16 ounce drink little Debbie may or may not actually like simply because it sounds cool but tastes like the sirens butthole, at least be patient with us and have the recipe ready, especially if you’re going to be in a drive through because yall hike up our timers, and while most times we are trying our HARDEST to work fast, these secret menu items kill, and we end up in serious trouble with our district managers because our timers are being flagged.

So please, have the recipe ready, and be patient and understanding. We are also humans.
