There is a secret drink at Epcot in Disney World — one of my favorite places on the planet — and it’s pure magic.

Next time you are in the Mexico pavilion — 1st, you have to get yourself an Empanadas con Queso from
La Cantina de San Angel — but the real star of the show is the secret margarita from La Cava del Tequila.

La Cava del Tequila is a little lounge located inside the pyramid in “Mexico.” You will miss it if you blink.

This adult playground serves over 200 tequilas and prides itself on its mixed specialty drinks.

One of these drinks has become super popular, even though it’s not on the menu.

This stunning drink features a giant smoke bubble on top that is totally Instagram worthy!

It is called the Alebrije margarita, and it was originally supposed to be just a limited edition concoction.

The Disney World visitors have spoken, however, and it is now a permanent fixture, although you won’t find it on the menu.

Wondering what it actually TASTES like? The Alebrije is Centinela Blanco Tequila, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Fresh Lime Juice, with a Mixed Berry Bubble on top.

OMG. Doesn’t that sound absolutely amazing?!?

Let’s talk about this Mixed Berry Bubble, which let’s face it, is the real reason people get this drink.

The bubble starts out as a simple wiggly, jiggly dome on top of the margarita — some say it resembles the Epcot ball.

Then, you better get your cameras ready, because when you pop this bubble, the glorious magic happens, and you are going to want to post that baby on Instagram!

If they have them in stock, the drink comes with an LED “Ice Cube” that makes the whole thing glow, and gives a colorful puff of smoke when you pop the bubble.

Now, it is a bit pricey, but you’re at Disney World — what do you expect? NORMAL margaritas run upwards of $16, so this Alebrije margarita, which runs just under 20 bucks, doesn’t seem so bad in comparison.

Hey, it’s all about the experience, right?
