Jeff Bezos wasn’t the only individual that made it to space recently.

Little did you know that the little guy, and when I say “little” I’m talking about the miniature rainbow candies that taste like the rainbow made it to outer space over the past few days!

Considering Jeff Bezos brought Skittles along with him to his journey to outer space, the chewy candies had a quick look inside the space shuttle when Bezos threw a handful of Skittles in the air for another passenger to catch in their mouth.

To celebrate the historical moment for Skittles, Mars Wrigley is releasing a new Zero-G pack of Skittles that are specifically outer space themed for us earthlings.

The new pack of Skittles will feature intergalactic, aluminum packaging that are only filled with blue and purple candies to represent outer space.

The blue and purple Skittles will taste like several different flavors including pineapple, passionfruit, raspberry, and berry punch flavors!

In addition to the new candy, the brand is also donating to the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum to support the next generation of explorers!

Skittles has yet to release when the new zero gravity packs will launch into stores, but we’re hoping it’s sooner rather than later so we all can taste the rainbow from outer space.
