Vegan Strawberry Shake – The Perfect Poolside Treat
The weather can’t decide if it’s hot or cold, but I’ve decided that my poolside treat this year is Vegan Strawberry Shake.
And if the warm weather this week is any indication, I’ll be sitting on a pool float sipping a milkshake before I know it.

Vegan Strawberry Shake
I can’t wait for warmer weather.
We’ve been out cleaning the pool, getting it all ready for the summer sun, picking out new pool floats and getting the pool furniture ready to sit on.

Needless to say, we got hot.
So I made thisVegan Strawberry Shake to cool us off…and I fell in love.

It’s super easy–takes just a couple of minutes to make.
Just dump the ingredients, zip-zip-zip with the immersion blender (which is the best tool ever for making shakes) and it’s done.

And, it’s just straight-up incredibly refreshing. There’s nothing like a strawberry when it’s hot and you’re parched.
Add-in that little bit of creamy thick ice cream and a few marshmallows on top–and there’s pretty much no reason to find this unappealing. LOL!

Because that’s the thing about making vegan choices sometimes–you have to make sacrifices.
And, let’s be honest, sacrifices suck sometimes.

It doesn’t all have to be bad, though.

For instance, marshmallows.
And not just any marshmallows–lucky marshmallows.
They’re totally vegan, hence why they can be in the Vegan Strawberry Shake.

See? Not really a sad sacrifice there, huh?
And the Vegan Strawberry Shake is like that–not a sacrifice at all.
Just plain, good strawberry milkshake without dairy.
Which is actually, if you think about it, super nice.

And I won’t be lying if I don’t miss the dairy.
Honestly, this is such a tasty shake, the dairy is literally not even a factor.
Now, if it’s not QUITE warm enough for you to make this Vegan Strawberry Shake, be sure to save it to your favorite vegan milkshakes board on Pinterest.

And don’t forget to hit this recipe with 5-stars if you enjoy it!

Vegan Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup marshmallows
Instructions
- Using an immersion blender or high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries and ice cream until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pour shake into your glasses and add marshmallows on top.

Just informing you that lucky charm marshmallows are not vegan, they contain gelatin. Don’t want any new-to-vegans to make this mistake. Otherwise, with some dairy free ice cream, looks delish!
