Ingredients

  • Asiago Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. If using a stainless skillet you may need to add a small amount of olive oil.
  • Sprinkle a small amount of Asiago Cheese into disc shapes in your skillet. Make sure to leave some space in between each disc.
  • Allow the cheese to melt and become golden brown on the under side.
  • When the cheese has turned golden carefully turn them out onto a piece of parchment paper or a platter.
  • Let the cheese cool completely. As the cheese cools it will become hard and you'll have perfect cheese crisps!
