Heat a skillet over medium heat. If using a stainless skillet you may need to add a small amount of olive oil.
Sprinkle a small amount of Asiago Cheese into disc shapes in your skillet. Make sure to leave some space in between each disc.
Allow the cheese to melt and become golden brown on the under side.
When the cheese has turned golden carefully turn them out onto a piece of parchment paper or a platter.
Let the cheese cool completely. As the cheese cools it will become hard and you'll have perfect cheese crisps!
