Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Can of Rotel
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Cup of Ketchup

Instructions

  • Put Beef, Rotel, Rice, and Eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Add Breadcrumbs a little at a time, mixing with your hands in between each time you add those breadcrumbs. You are looking for a consistency that is close to loose Play-doh.
  • Add Garlic, Salt, and Pepper, and continue to mix with your hands.
  • Place into a Loaf Pan, and press down to make the meat mixture really pack into the loaf pan. Make sure it goes to all the edges.
  • Top with ketchup, and spread it to cover the loaf.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  • Take it out, and let it rest for ten minutes.
