Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Can of Rotel
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Cup of Ketchup

Method
 

  1. Put Beef, Rotel, Rice, and Eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Breadcrumbs a little at a time, mixing with your hands in between each time you add those breadcrumbs. You are looking for a consistency that is close to loose Play-doh.
  3. Add Garlic, Salt, and Pepper, and continue to mix with your hands.
  4. Place into a Loaf Pan, and press down to make the meat mixture really pack into the loaf pan. Make sure it goes to all the edges.
  5. Top with ketchup, and spread it to cover the loaf.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  7. Take it out, and let it rest for ten minutes.
  8. Enjoy
