Method
- Preheat oven to 400-degrees (or whatever the box of of potato skins says, if it's not the same as mine).
- Following the directions on the potato skin box, bake the frozen naked potato skins for 10 minutes.
- Fill each potato skin with 1/8 cup bacon bits and 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with sour cream!
