15-Minute Loaded Potato Skins

These 15-Minute Loaded Potato Skins are the Appetizer of Your Dreams. Seriously. If you have a party or you just like to eat 'skins for meal (like me), these are so fast, they'll be your new favorite recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • "Naked" Potato Skins I found mine in the freezer section at the grocery store
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cups Real Bacon Bits on the salad dressing aisle
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees (or whatever the box of of potato skins says, if it's not the same as mine).
  2. Following the directions on the potato skin box, bake the frozen naked potato skins for 10 minutes.
  3. Fill each potato skin with 1/8 cup bacon bits and 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  6. Serve with sour cream!
