Method
- Mix together the Self-Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt.
- Knead it with your hands until smooth.
- Separate your dough into 6 balls.
- Roll each ball out, and form it into a bagel shape.
- Bake at 350ยบ for 20 minutes.
- Let the bagels cool for 5 minutes before you eat.
Notes
Optional Ingredients: 1 Egg and Everything Bagel Seasoning
Optional Instructions: Whisk the egg and brush it until the tops of the bagels before you bake.
Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning before you throw the bagels in the oven
You can also broil the bagels at the end of the cooking time to brown the tops.
