Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz. Container of Chicken Stock
  • 3 Cans of Mixed Vegetables I like the Goya Brand but you can also use a bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and Pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Start off with a pan and add the entire container of chicken stock.
  2. Add the canned vegetables (don't drain them) and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Next, add 1 cup of water and simmer until everything comes to a slight boil.
  4. Once it has begin to boil, the vegetables should be tender enough.
  5. You can also add onions and potatoes to the mix or even a spoonful or two of red sauce to spice things up! I like adding big slices of onion to mine!
