Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up.
- Kneed and fold until well blended.
- Pat dough onto a flat surface and cut biscuits with a round biscuit cutter (or a mason jar lid works wonders).
- Pour butter into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish, then place biscuits on top of butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
Notes
When I made mine, I sprinkled the tops with garlic powder and added a touch of shredded cheddar during the last five minutes they were in the oven. They would be good plain, but they were so great with those little additions. One more note: I prefer my biscuits on the 'rustic' side, so rather than rolling them out and cutting them, I use a spoon to drop them directly from the bowl into the casserole dish. They taste amazing both ways, so use whichever method is best for you.
