In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until it starts to hold it's shape a little--about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine vanilla extract, cake food flavoring and condensed milk completely.
Fold condensed milk mixture into the heavy whipping cream until completely combined.
Separate the mixture into 4 bowls.
Add 5-10 drops of the GEL food coloring, one color in each bowl. You can add more coloring than I did--I was almost out of all my colors. Oops.
Stir each bowl with a clean spoon until the food coloring is fully incorporated.
In a freezer pan or loaf pan, layer the colored mixtures.
With a clean butter knife, swirl the mixture a little--not a whole lot. You want to swirl, not mix.
Throw a handful of every random sprinkle you own on top.
Place in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
Serve!
