- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks no, Janice, it's not mangies
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk split
- ¼ cup sugar or less if you don't want a sugar rush with your smoothie
Place blackberries and blueberries together in a bowl with 1/4 cup of the coconut milk and 1/8 cup of the sugar.
Blend with an immersion blender or stand blender until smooth. I get the best results with an immersion blender...just me? Oh, sorry Janice. Set aside.
Place mangos and bananas together in a bowl with remaining coconut milk and sugar.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth--for best color, clean your blender between fruits.
Pour one color on top of the other in a glass to serve!
