Cook your noodles in boiling water–they’ll be done about the time you’re done with the sauce.
Put your deepest pan or your favorite pot on medium heat on the stove.
Place the olive oil, onion and garlic in the pan and allow it to warm, stirring occasionally.
While olive oil, onion and garlic are warming, open all the cans and pour off any extra juice from the mushrooms and meat.
Pour all of the cans’ contents into the pan/pot and stir together well.
Add basil, oregano and red wine into the pan and stir well.
Add the pinch of sugar, salt and stir again. If it’s your thing, add the Parmesan cheese and black olives.
Eat!
