Pop Rocks Pancakes

Pop Rocks Pancakes

It's so important to eat healthy and teach our kids healthy eating habits, but sometimes it's nice to break away and do something fun, too. These Pop Rocks Pancakes are not only delicious and fun, but also contain less sugar per serving than a single serving of regular syrup. Who says fun can't also be healthy(ish)?
