Ingredients

  • 4 Apples
  • 4 Bags of Craft Caramels
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1-2 Cups Granola
  • Wax Paper
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Wood Popsicle Sticks

Instructions

  • Prepare your cookie sheet by placing wax paper on the top of it. It should be large enough so apples do not touch.
  • Over medium heat place a large sauce pan, then add milk.
  • Remove caramels from packaging and place into milk, stir frequently (do not allow to boil).
  • Remove stems from apples, wash, rinse, and pat dry.
  • Place wood stick in top of apples where the stem should be.
  • Hold on to wood stick and dip apple into warm caramel, use a large tablespoon to help evenly coat warm caramel over apple.
  • Remove and place apple on wax paper with the wood stick pointing upward.
  • Pour your favorite granola over caramel apples, use a clean spoon or use your hands to press granola all around apple until evenly coated.
  • Place cookie sheet with wax paper and apples inside of the refrigerator so caramel can set.
  • After about 20 minutes you can remove the apples from the fridge and enjoy!
