Ingredients

  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Butter do not use margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • ½ Heavy Cream
  • Crockpot I used my Ninja Cooking System

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into your crockpot and turn on medium heat. (If you are using your Ninja cooking system you can place them all into your multi-purpose pan).
  • Stir the ingredients constantly until they begin to boil then remove from heat.
  • Stir in the heavy cream. Continue stirring 2-3 minutes until the cream is fully incorporated.
  • Allow to reach room temperature. You may want to stir a bit more to ensure all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Pour caramel into a canning jar or container. You can serve immediately with some freshly cut apple slices or store in an airtight container in the fridge for future use. When ready to use, simply place into the microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  • The sauce is good for about 1 week refrigerated.
