Booger Beer Cocktail

Say hello and Happy Halloween to the grossest-looking thing you will ever enjoy drinking. This Booger Beer Cocktail is made with Guinness, marshmallow cream, and yes, you're reading that right - peas. I'm aware this sounds like the worst idea anyone has ever had, putting peas in a drink when you're just trying to enjoy your holiday with as few vegetables as possible, but adding sugar to them makes the overall taste surprisingly good - not to mention the fact that sticking them to the rim increases the yuck-factor immensely. If you're planning a Halloween party this year with more tricks than treats, then this is one drink you absolutely must have!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Guinness beer
  • 2 shots Apple Pucker
  • 10 green peas frozen
  • Marshmallow cream
  • Green food coloring
  • ½ Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

Prep:

  • Add the thawed frozen peas and the sugar to a hot skillet and stir, allowing the peas to char slightly. Place the peas on a plate and smash with a fork. Add a drop or two of green food coloring to each smashed pea. Now you have boogers!
  • Make snot by pouring about 3-4 tablespoons of marshmallow cream into a small bowl. Add 3-5 drops of green food coloring and mix thoroughly.

Directions:

  • Put an upside-down glass into the bowl of green snot and twist, coating the rim completely.
  • Place glass upright on a flat surface and use a small spoon to drip more snot down the sides of the glass.
  • Add pea boogers to the rim of the glass until you're happy with how it looks.
  • Pour beer into the glass and drip some green food coloring into the foam.
  • Serve and enjoy!
