On a small plate, pour enough Kosher salt to evenly coat the rim of a martini glass.
Next, use an apple slice to wet the rim of the martini glass.
Turn the glass upside down and set the rim into the Kosher salt, twisting until the rim is completely coated.
Set glass upright and drop in a few pieces of candy corn.
Fill a martini shaker with 3-4 ice cubes; add gin, Pinot Grigio, and Apple Pucker.
Close and shake martini shaker vigorously.
Pour contents into martini glass.
Serve immediately.
