No Churn 4th of July Ice Cream

The best part about celebrating Independence Day in the summer is that summer = ice cream! So let's make our own!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14- ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tub blue frosting
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  • Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, blend condensed milk and sugar until combined. Slowly pour the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, stirring constantly.
  • Add the red food coloring and mix again, then pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  • Scoop out 4 scoops of blue frosting and use a knife to swirl the frosting into the ice cream mixture.
  • Add 3 more scoops to the top of the ice cream mixture and spread it out to create a swirl effect on top.
  • Freeze for at least six hours, then enjoy!
