Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • bag of spring mix lettuce
  • red or black grapes
  • fresh blue cheese
  • brie
  • pitted green olives your favorite flavor from the olive bar, or manzanilla work just fine!
  • olive oil for drizzle I like lemon infused!
  • Toothpicks or small skewers to hold in place

Instructions

  • This part’s easy. Simply slice the baguette into 1″ slices, or thicker depending on your preference.
  • Start with a thin slice of brie, then a piece of spring lettuce.
  • Next, a very thin slice of blue cheese, one washed grape, and top with an olive.
  • Hold together with a toothpick or skewer.
  • Lightly drizzle the whole tray with infused olive oil, and keep decanter of olive oil to the side for additional topping.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This makes a great party tray because it’s beautiful to look at, but the flavors also work really well together. The lettuce is put in place to separate the flavors of the brie from the blue cheese, and if you don’t like spring mix you can use whatever lettuce you like best.
