I am not kidding, for a little girl's night-in, these Boozy Strawberry Liqueur Cupcakes are so perfect. I die.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 vanilla cupcakes made from your favorite recipe
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup strawberry liqueur
  • 1 can of your favorite vanilla frosting
  • 10 drops red food coloring

Method
 

  1. Place the corn syrup and strawberry liqueur into a small mixing bowl. Stir until completely combined.
  2. Using a large decorating tip, make a hole in the top of each cupcake, saving the remnants from each hole for use filling the hole in a moment.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the strawberry liqueur and corn syrup mixture in each cupcake hole.
  4. Replace the top of each cupcake hole.
  5. Mix 5-8 drops of red food coloring with the frosting and stir until the frosting is completely consistently perfectly pink throughout.
  6. Then fill a decorating bag with the pink frosting.
  7. Frost the cupcakes in a circular fashion, swirling from the inside to the outside then back toward the inside.
  8. Enjoy!
