Method
- Coat an 8 x 8 square baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Melt 3 Tbsp butter in a large saucepan.
- Add 4 cups mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 7 ounces of potato chips to the marshmallow mixture and stir until all the chips are coated.
- Turn that mixture into a greased baking dish and use a piece of wax paper to press the potato mixture down.
- Melt the semi sweet baking chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the potato chip mixture.
- Melt your white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the semi sweet chocolate.
- Sprinkle bacon on top.
- Allow the treats to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
Notes
It's best to use kettle chips with this recipe because they are more sturdy and don't get soggy. For a weirdly delicious twist (trust me - this one isn't for everyone), try using Zapp's Voodoo Chips with this recipe. Definitely not for the faint of heart but ohhh sooo gooood.
