Citrus Fresh Body Butter

This citrus fresh body butter is exactly what you've been needing to make mornings your new favorite time of the day. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup shea butter
  • ½ cup mango butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond or olive oil
  • 20-30 drops of Citrus Fresh Essential Oil

Method
 

  1. In a double broiler (or a glass bowl over a hot pot of water), heat all ingredients except for the essential oils, stirring until melted.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in essential oils.
  3. Let cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and blend with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  5. Store in a mason jar or other glass jar with a lid a room temperature.

Notes

For a more relaxing version try using lavender essential oil instead of citrus fresh. Or if you need a midday pick-me-up try using peppermint. In fact, play around with all of your essential oils until you find just the right body butter for you. Enjoy!
