Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • Your Favorite Add-Ins measure with your heart

Equipment

  • Glass Freezer-Safe Food Storage Containers
  • PB2 Original Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Immersion Hand Held Blender
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Sugar-Free Syrups

Method
 

  1. Put the cottage cheese and sweetener into a blender -- or use and immersion blender
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes, or until completely creamy
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container
  4. Add your tasty mix-ins
  5. Stir with a spoon to your desired consistency
  6. Freeze for 4-5 hours

Notes

Do not expect this to taste just like traditional ice cream. It is a great, protein packed, alternative to ice cream.
