Method
- Rinse and dry apples, remove stem and insert Popsicle stick.
- Use small canape plates.
- Slice block cheese into 1 inch squares, set aside.
- Slice apples into wedges, set aside.
- Slid cheese onto a kabob stick and add a green wedge of apple, then another cheese square then a red apple wedge.
- Keep alternating ingredients until you have the desired amount.
- Stand kabob on end and drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with course Kosher or Sea salt.
