Method
- 1. Add Water, Butter, Salt, and Cinnamon to pan, and bring to a rolling boil.
- 2. Add Flour, and reduce heat to low. Stir the vigorously until a ball forms.
- 3. Remove from heat, and let the mixture "rest" about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the Eggs, one at a time, and stirring until mixture is well combined.
- 5. Heat the Oil in a skillet until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 6. Spoon the dough into a piping bag.
- 7. Drop one inch pieces into the hot oil
- 8. Fry until they are golden brown.
- 9. Drain fried dough on a paper towel.
- 10. Roll your little Churro Bites in a Cinnamon Sugar Mixture.
- 11. Enjoy!
