Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour plus 1/4 cup on the side
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Half a ripe Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mash up the banana and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients.
  4. Whisk until smooth
  5. Cook pancakes like normal.
  6. Enjoy!
