Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
  • ½ Cup of Water
  • ½ Cup of Orange Juice
  • 2 Seeded and Diced Jalepenos
  • 4 Cups of Fresh Cranberries

Method
 

  1. Heat the first four ingredients to a simmer.
  2. Add the cranberries, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until most of the cranberries have popped open.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Add to air tight container, and chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes

If you don't like the heat, you can leave out the jalepenos.
