- Begin by making a thyme infused simple syrup: In a medium saucepan combine sugar, 1 cup water, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, cool for 15 minutes, then remove and discard thyme.
- In a glass pitcher, combine the thyme infused simple syrup, remaining water, lemon juice, and gin. Stir until well blended. Serve cold with ice and thyme garnish. Enjoy!
Notes
