Method
- On a plate, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and ground clove.
- Coat one side of each slice of bread with olive oil mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Once heated, place one slice of bread (oil side down), then layer two slices of cheese, tomato, and basil (per sandwich).
- Cover with second piece of bread (oil side out).
- Cook until bottom is golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Remove, and enjoy!
